These Terms of Use governs your use of NANDANA Rental service and website. By using or browsing the NANDANA website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set herein.
Changes to Terms of Use
NANDANA Shop 'n Rent reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Your use NANDANA Shop 'n Rent of website or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

How does NANDANA Shop 'n Rent work?

Minimum Order for Party Toys Rental
For party toys delivery, minimum order amount is Rp. 200.000 (exclude any surcharges). (Please note delivery charge and delivery surcharge is not the same, please refer below).
Delivery Charges (only applicable for non party toy rental - i.e. not 1 day rental)
Free delivery and collection within MATARAM CITY for orders above Rp. 100.000.
Orders less than Rp. 100.000 will be subjected to a one-time delivery and collection charge of 15.000 per order (minimum toy order amount is Rp.50.000). If outside the city, an additional charge of Rp.5.000 is applicable one way.
Delivery Surcharges (for Party Rental or longer term rental (if applicable))
Public Holiday Delivery - surcharge of Rp.25.000 is applicable.
Outdoor venues (eg.Beach etc)/Clubs / Hotels Delivery - surcharge of Rp.25.000 is applicable. For Multipurpose Halls in City area - surcharge of Rp.10.000
Rental by Events Organizing Companies / Public Runs Events Rental Charges on website only applicable for private parties. For events organising and public run events, separate rental charges/surcharges apply. Please email us: nandana.shopnrent@yahoo.comform quotations.
Cancellation of Order
2 weeks notice to be provided by hirer for any cancellation of order especially party toys otherwise no refund of advance payment. Otherwise a Rp15.000 administration fee is payable for any cancellation orders received lesser than 2 weeks.
Toy Care Policy
Parents are strongly encouraged to adhere to the following Toy Care Policies:-
1) Use the toy for its intended usage (e.g. water play, sand play etc)
2) Parents are to wipe down any toys with visible debris (i.e. food, dirt etc) before returning back to Nandana shop 'n Rent.
Nandana Shop 'n Rent is committed to cleaning and fully sanitizing each toy before it is rented.
Damage to Toys
If an item rented out has missing parts, but the item is still rentable, a fee of 2 month's rental applies.
Should a toy, however, be damaged by the hirer, the retail of the item will be borne by the hirer.
Please note that Nandana Shop 'n rent reserves the right during the 5-day inspection period to inspect the toys (especially inflatables) after collecting back from hirer. During the 5-day inspection period, should the toy be found to be damaged, we are entitled to claim back after this 5-day inspection from the hirer.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations on Liability
The service provided by Nandana Shop 'n Rent including all features associated therewith, the website and its contents are provided “as is” with all faults and without warranty of any kind and we make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to Nandana Shop 'n Rents ervice, the website and its contents. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on Nanadana Shop 'n Rent website, any failures, delays, or delivery of any content contained on Nandana shop 'n Rent website, any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on Nandana Shop 'n Rent website, or Nandana Shop 'n Rent service. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, WE AND OUR LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our site is accurate, complete or current. Standard Hold Harmless Agreement
In good faith and valuable consideration, the customers of Nandana Shop 'n Rent jointly and severally agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nandana Shop 'n Rent from any claim, liability, loss, damage or event, arising from the following: Any injury incurred while playing with the rented toys from Nandana Shop 'n Rent and any corruption on any electronics used to access Nandana Shop 'n Rent website.
