How does Toys4rent work? 
  1. Click the toys you want and add to your cart
2. Confirm your order
3. Fill in your details
4. You will receive an order confirmation via email and delivery will be arranged within 2 days.   
      
Do you deliver? What are the charges? 
  Free delivery and collection within MATARAM  for orders above Rp. 150.000. Orders less than Rp.150.000 will be subjected to a one-time delivery and collection charge of  Rp. 10.000 per order. but we will add more if outer CBD Area.
We will email/call you to arrange a date and time for delivery. Please ensure that the contact number provided during registration is correct.  
   




If my child likes the rented toy, can I make an extension?
  Extension is only possible if other parents have not reserved the toy and extension has to be informed to us at least 5 days in advance.
Usually, a few days before your rental period ends, we will send an email as a gentle reminder. If you want to keep the toys longer, let us know then and we can make arrangement accordingly.  
   
Do I have to put a deposit for renting?  
Yes deposit is required unless you listed as a member.
   
What happened if the rented toy is damaged, scratch?  
Reasonable wear & tear is acceptable when you return the hired toys (i.e. minor scratches). However, if an item rented out has missing parts, but the item is still rentable, a fee of 1 month's rental applies.
Should a toy, however, be damaged by the hirer, the retail of the item will be borne by the hirer. The toys we offer for rent are of good quality. We have not encountered any damaged items.  
   
Do I still need to pay if I want to keep the toys longer (i.e. after the birthday party)?  
Items rented as part of a "birthday package" will be collected on the same day of rental. However, we can make special arrangement for toys to be kept till next morning at no extra charge (subject to availability of toys) and this is at the sole discretion of NANDANA Shop 'n Rent.
   
Can I book the toys in advance?
  Yes subject to 50% advance payment receive. But please note that advance booking happens on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of the rental period.
   
Can I buy the toys that I have rented?  
  We do not sell the toys that we rented out. However, if parent wishes to get hold of any of the toys featured in our website, we can make special arrangement to acquire a new piece for you. 
   
How do you clean the toys?  
  We use antiseptic disinfectant to clean the surface of the toys to ride off 99.9% harmful bacteria such as E.coli, Salmonella, MRSA and the Flu virus (H1N1) followed by hot steam cleaner.
We would appreciate if parents can return the toys in their original clean condition.
